In my role of Health and Safety Advisor to Macmillan Cancer Support, I have been working with Emma since 2011. Emma’s knowledge and application has help build a H&S culture at Macmillan that simply didn’t exist before her arrival on the scene.
Emma is utterly reliable, dedicated to her craft and shows a maturity way beyond her years. Her attributes include patience, tolerance, and most importantly, an understanding of the challenges a budget conscious charity must face.
Emma completely revamped the H&S Committee, re-wrote the H&S related policies and delivered all on time and under budget. Quite simply, we would not have achieved either without her dedication, diplomacy and support.
